The 24/1000 trapezoidal box profile sheet is our most popular and robust roofing option. Designed with six ribs at 210mm centres across the width, each single-skin sheet delivers outstanding strength and durability. With a 24mm profile height and an effective cover width of 1000mm once installed, it provides a straightforward yet highly reliable roofing solution.
Each sheet is roll-formed from 1200mm-wide steel strip, allowing for a secure, weatherproof overlap between sheets. Manufactured from galvanised steel in a choice of 0.5mm or 0.6mm thickness and finished with a durable polyester paint coating, the 24/1000 box profile offers excellent performance while remaining our most cost-effective sheeting option.
