The 24/1000 trapezoidal box profile sheet is our most popular and robust roofing option. Designed with six ribs at 210mm centres across the width, each single-skin sheet delivers outstanding strength and durability. With a 24mm profile height and an effective cover width of 1000mm once installed, it provides a straightforward yet highly reliable roofing solution.
Each sheet is roll-formed from 1200mm-wide steel strip, allowing for a secure, weatherproof overlap between sheets. Manufactured from galvanised steel in a choice of 0.5mm or 0.6mm thickness and finished with a durable polyester paint coating, the 24/1000 box profile offers excellent performance while remaining our most cost-effective sheeting option.
What Is Non-Drip?
Non-Drip is an anti-condensation grey polyester fleece membrane applied to the underside of roofing sheets. It helps prevent condensation from forming and dripping in areas with high humidity.
The specially designed membrane absorbs and traps moisture within tiny pockets, holding it until the moisture can naturally evaporate back into the building as humidity. This helps protect your space, equipment and stored materials from unwanted condensation and dripping.
